Heathly Eating ...Take *insert latest number here*

I know..I know..New year, schnew mear.  I'm not going to let the time of year dictate my eatting habits.  It's time.  I just saw pictures of my at christmas and it's gross.  I need to be healthy so I can be here for many more holidays.  I've already started with the more fruits and veggies.  AND I avoided Chick-fil-a yesterday when I was out and about.  Yup...I drove home and had some strawberries and a Lean Pocket instead.  It was yummy.  So not only am I eatting healthier, I saved a little cash in the process.

My food addiction is getting out of control.  I really need to get a hold of it.  Why do I feel the need to eat?  That would be the question.  Sure I know you have to fuel your body but come on...I have a fuel surplus!  One day at a time!  You can do this!

So not the best WI but still a loss.  Still need to find my lap though :)

Never give up

Right?  That should be my motto!  I need to keep at it no matter what happens.  I've been going to WW now for what seems like forever and I'm not making any progress.  In fact today was the worst day ever, I'm now a pound heavier then when I walked in the door.  I know I haven't been doing program...I know. Sure I count the points but I don't care that I'm going over the points.  BLAH!  I need to find out what is making me think food is the answer.

I'm a loser..and not in a good way

I've gained back a ton of weight.  I'm not handling my life well.  Work and school are making me lazy about keeping myself healthy.  But that is going to change.   I will lose weight.  I have to.  I want to live a long healthy life...and being obese is not the way to do that.

19 days

Only 19 days until my cruise.  I'm doing okay with my weight loss although I gained a pound last week.  I'm sure it was because of my new working schedule.  I planned better this week and got lots of good food to eat before work.  And if I'm hungry when I get home I can have some fruit.   We'll see on Monday when I weigh in.  :)

Hump Day

Well, I did lose on Monday (Weight in  day) but not as much as I would have liked.

I know I need to eat better but lately I just haven't been motivated.  I honestly don't think I'm eating enough.  And by that I mean good foods often.  Sure, I can fill up on a pizza but I know that isn't good. (Not that I've had a pizza either)   I'm just rambling. 

Fridays Food

  • Eggs
  • toast
  • WW Pasta
  • Homemade Meat Sauce
  • pickles
  • Reduced fat grated cheese

Didn't drink enough water :(  I'll have to make sure I load up this weekend!!

Wed-nes-day

Breakfast:

  • 3 eggs
  • 2 pieces of WW Toast

Lunch:

  • Grapes

Dinner:

  • Pot roast
  • Santa Fe Corn

Coffee Treat

Was really wanting to snack tonight but instead of eating, I made myself some French Vanilla Coffee.  Seemed to curb the munchies :)
